2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are detected, kabaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
kabaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card, a selfie holding your NID, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by kabaji may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered kabaji account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. kabaji will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kabaji support immediately via live chat so that protective measures can be applied to the account without delay.

4.2 Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered kabaji account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review. kabaji does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile banking or card provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. kabaji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or public holidays may take up to 48 hours. kabaji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
kabaji maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The Platform must not be used as a mechanism for moving funds. Any player found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity — a pattern known as "churning" — will have their account suspended pending investigation. kabaji cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspicious financial activity on the Platform.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

- Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
- Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 30x) that applies to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing opposing bets on the same outcome), or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their spirit — is strictly prohibited. kabaji employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, kabaji reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the relevant account, and retain any balance.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on kabaji, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Registering more than one account on the Platform (see Section 3.2).
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of identity verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament format available on the Platform.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or any of its games.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographical restrictions.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing kabaji's customer support staff or other players in any chat or communication feature on the Platform.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or feature to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
6.2 Consequences of Breach
A breach of any of the obligations listed above may result in one or more of the following actions at kabaji's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance (including real money and bonus funds), recovery of any funds already withdrawn that were generated through prohibited conduct, and reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where required by law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
kabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or a request from the account holder.
7.1 Voluntary Closure
If you wish to close your kabaji account voluntarily, please contact the support team via live chat or email at . Before closing, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more is classified as dormant. kabaji will attempt to notify the registered account holder via their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active.
8. Limitation of Liability
kabaji provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kabaji makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, no warranty — express or implied — is given with respect to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.
8.1 No Liability for Losses

8.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which kabaji operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through kabaji's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree that disputes must be raised within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim; claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
